In truth, Zargon is a greater servitor of the Outer Beings - a creature crafted by their magics to serve as their eyes and ears on the Prime Plane. As such, Zargon is a unique creature; he is not a member of a race, nor is he a supremely powerful being.

In combat, Zargon is a terror, mixing blasts of acidic bile with devastating physical attacks. If he faces a party, he usually summons whelps to his side in order to distract enemies, and blankets the battlefield in area of effect spells to soften his foes up.
