Jan 1, 2022 · Navies in HOI4 had a pretty strict setup - for every capital ship, you need four screen ships. Recon fleets come in about five ships, and sub fleets use five to ten submarines. I'm not sure if the same rules apply here in Darkest Hour. Same thing with air wings, although admittedly I don't really know how to organize those in HOI4 either.
