US officials stress Russia’s sole responsibility for deployment of North Korean troops in its war of aggression with Ukraine

South Korea’s president has met a visiting Ukraine delegation and called for a joint response to the threat posed by North Korea’s recent dispatch of more than 10,000 soldiers to support Russia’s war against Ukraine.

South Korea's defense minister said Russia will likely use North Korean troops as "cannon fodder" and send them to dangerous areas of the fighting.
