Lando Norris raced to a dominant victory in Sunday's Singapore Grand Prix but he made sure his McLaren bosses stayed on the edge of their seats until the chequered flag after two close encounters with the wall.

After all the talk of swearing in the build-up, this was one Singapore Grand Prix which could have done with being a bit more X-rated. A rather uneventful race by Marina Bay’s standards did not produce much in the way of fireworks,
