A Missouri judge blocked many of its abortion restrictions, reimposing a preliminary injunction against them just a little over a month after the state's highest court had lifted a previous hold.

A judge in Kansas City on Thursday blocked restrictions that temporarily banned access. Attorney General Andrew Bailey said he will appeal.
