Chennai: Tamil cinema star Vijay’s new political party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), has announced that members who consume alcohol will not be allowed at its first state conference on October 27.

In its second innings at the domestic box office, actor-producer Sohum Shah’s Tumbbad has raked in ₹25.75 crore in eleven days. It was re-released in theatres on September 13 on popular demand from fans and is doing great business in its re-run.
