US officials stress Russia’s sole responsibility for deployment of North Korean troops in its war of aggression with Ukraine

South Korea’s president has met a visiting Ukraine delegation and called for a joint response to the threat posed by North Korea’s recent dispatch of more than 10,000 soldiers to support Russia’s war against Ukraine.

During a visit to South Korea, a Ukrainian delegation led by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov expressed readiness to purchase weapons, but their request was declined.
