The Jacksonville Jaguars are assembling one of the NFL’s youngest coaching staffs. Head coach Liam Coen, 39, hired Minnesota assistant Grant Udinski as his offensive coordinator late Wednesday, although Coen plans to call plays during his Jaguars tenure.
