On Thanksgiving, millions of moviegoers flocked to the theater to watch three blockbuster films. Millions of others stayed home to watch the Macy's parade or NFL games.

For the first time in Cedar Park High School dance team history, the Celebrities are strutting their way down the streets of New York for the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The Celebrities have been performing in front of crowds at the Gupton Stadium for Friday Night Lights to make their way to the Big Apple.

Students are back in school from their Thanksgiving holiday break, but for one student at Jefferson High School, it was more than just another long weekend. Brandon Hedrick was a drummer in the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade.
