Season 1 brought viewers to the White Lotus luxury resort in Hawaii, followed by Season 2 in Italy. Season 3 explores the tropical Thailand island of Ko Samui, starting Feb. 16 (HBO 9 EST/PST, and streaming on Max).

Primary filming for this eight-episode third season — still written by showrunner/creator Mike White — took place at the Four Seasons resort Koh Samui, on an island of the same name in the Gulf of Thailand.

Rothwell, who starred in Season One of the hit HBO show, had to watch the second season just like the rest of us.
