Mikel Arteta has issued a rallying cry to the Arsenal fans as he wants a “special” atmosphere for tonight’s Champions League semi-final against Paris Saint-Germain. Arsenal are hosting PSG in the first leg at Emirates Stadium in a game that Arteta believes is possibly the biggest since the ground opened 19 years ago.

Arsenal will miss Partey’s physical presence, which was an asset when they beat PSG in October, and Merino will need to live up to his nickname of the ‘Duel Monster’ to stop Joao Neves and Vitinha running the show. The midfield battle will be key, but not as intriguing as the one out wide.
