Subaru has unveiled its first hybrid Forester for the U.S. market, set to arrive in spring 2025. The 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid introduces a new series-parallel hybrid powertrain that combines a 2.5-liter Subaru Boxer engine with electric motors and a high-capacity lithium-ion battery.
