Homicide squad detectives have charged a man with murder following the death of a woman at a brothel in Melbourne’s inner west.Police were called to a property on Cowper Street in Footscray for a welfare check just after 8pm on Friday.

She was allegedly killed in the early hours of last Wednesday morning, more than a day before her body was found.
