Former Nashville assistant police chief charged with reckless homicide in Rutherford County
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A former assistant police chief with the Metro Nashville Police Department in the 1960s has been charged with reckless homicide in Rutherford County, according to the sheriff’s office. John Sorace, 87, was charged with reckless homicide over the weekend, according to RCSO’s Detective Capt. Todd Sparks.
