The Tampa Bay lottery player won a $2 million jackpot in the Silver Streak game, the Florida Lottery announced April 24. Eileen Zilvetti of Pinellas County bought her ticket at a local convenience store in Palm Harbor and beat the 1-in-3,603,930 odds to win one of four top prizes, lottery officials said.

Vijay Gandhi, 61, won $1 million playing a 500X THE CASH scratch-off game, the Florida Lottery said. Gandhi bought the $50 ticket at a 7-Eleven in Tampa, according to an April 23 news release. He beat odds of 1 in 274,004 to snag the game’s second-tier prize.
